WORKS
AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH
TESTED AT THE SCALE
OF FRENCH-SPEAKING SWITZERLAND
For more than twenty-five years, this work has unfolded at the intersection of four complementary fields: painting, mathematics, music and fiction.
Each field has generated tangible work, publications, institutional or private collaborations, as well as forms of dissemination adapted to its specific nature.
Taken together, they form a coherent framework articulating artistic creation, intellectual research and the progressive structuring of these different areas of activity.
PAINTING
Since 2010, development of an autonomous body of pictorial work structured around distinct series.
The works fall into two main categories:
paintings without encrypted messages
paintings incorporating mathematical encryption devices (® CODE BACH)
First documented sales from 2015 onward.
Since 2015, establishment and management of a permanent studio and showroom in Préverenges (Switzerland).
MATHEMATICS
Publication of a pedagogical collection entitled BAC-CH, intended for mathematics education.
Institutional, public and private financial support.
Production of content articulating mathematical thought, pedagogy and conceptual research.
MUSIC
Composition of original scores for soloists, choir and symphony orchestra.
Institutional commissions and premieres in official contexts, particularly in Switzerland.
Production of pedagogical materials and recordings.
FICTION
The fictional dimension constitutes a structuring axis of the overall framework.
It has materialised through musical and pictorial works attributed to fictional characters, as well as through theoretical publications analysing the articulation between reality and fiction.
Publication of an article in the journal PRISMES of the Haute École Pédagogique of the Canton of Vaud (in French).
Publication of an article in the journal ARCHIPEL of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lausanne (in French).
These texts present the conceptual foundations of the framework, particularly around the fictional character Franz Gurtner and the ® CODE BACH.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
AND STRUCTURING
Creation and management of several limited liability companies (Sàrl) in Switzerland.
Registration and management of the protected trademarks ® CODE BACH and ® LET’S GO ART GALLERY.
Management for ten years of a permanent 2,000 m² showroom space in Préverenges, including production, storage, exhibition and reception of professionals.
Collaboration with notaries, lawyers and institutional partners within the framework of structuring the overall system.
These elements form part of a long-term articulation between artistic creation, operational management and economic structuring.
