INTRODUCTION
The year 2026 marks a phase of structuring and deployment at both national and international levels.
After more than twenty-five years of interdisciplinary development in French-speaking Switzerland, combining music, mathematics, painting and fiction, this approach is now entering a stage in which its artistic, economic and institutional dimensions consolidate and expand.
This evolution does not constitute a break, but rather the logical extension of a framework progressively established and tested through concrete achievements:

A CONSOLIDATED POSITION
IN FRENCH-SPEAKING
SWITZERLAND
Official recognition obtained through public and private commissions, institutional support, exhibitions and media dissemination now constitutes a concrete and tangible basis for our activity.
Legitimised by documented sales in French-speaking Switzerland, this recognition forms the foundation of the framework we now intend to develop more broadly in Switzerland and internationally.
Concretely, we intend to rely on the same progressive logic tested in French-speaking Switzerland:

This development will rely on two complementary modalities:
the establishment of local partnerships with art market actors, institutions or companies
autonomous development whenever financial and organisational means allow
Our strategy is based on a logic of progressive thresholds. Each stage corresponds to a precise level of financial and structural engagement, allowing the consolidation of existing foundations before opening the next phase.
SHORT TERM
2026
The short-term objective is to achieve several structuring sales enabling:
the financing of an in-depth legal and operational analysis by professionals
the formal creation of a public limited company dedicated to commercial development
the establishment of the practical groundwork for a Foundation for the Arts and Mathematics
the consolidation of contractual and fiscal tools related to the valuation model of the works
This phase aims at stability, clarification and the alignment of existing structures.
Concretely, the initial phase of this development relies on the acquisition of works within the pricing model presented on this site.

MEDIUM TERM
2027-2028
In the medium term, the objective is to reach a threshold between CHF 5 and 10 million (approximately USD 6.5 to 13 million), enabling:
the structured development of a dedicated commercial company
the formal establishment of an active foundation
the strengthening of international presence
the implementation of strategic collaborations with institutional, academic or economic partners
the progressive deployment of the CRYPTO CHALLENGE framework on a larger scale
This threshold allows the transition from an essentially autonomous model to a structured framework equipped with broader operational capacities.
LONG TERM
In the long term, several development trajectories may be envisaged.
A threshold of CHF 20 million would make it possible to accelerate international expansion, structure specialised teams and establish the framework sustainably in several strategic areas.
A threshold of CHF 50 million would constitute a major stage, enabling:
the creation of a venue dedicated to the articulation between arts and mathematics
the sustainable financing of pedagogical and research tools
the establishment of an interdisciplinary centre combining artistic creation, cryptography and transmission
the large-scale international deployment of the CRYPTO CHALLENGE concept
Beyond this threshold, in the event of a major institutional or economic partnership, the project could take on a more ambitious architectural, academic or international dimension, in collaboration with public or private actors wishing to associate their visibility with a durable framework articulating arts, mathematics and innovation.
DEVELOPMENT
LOGIC
These amounts do not constitute abstract objectives or symbolic announcements. They correspond to progressive levels of structuring.
Development may proceed:
through successive thresholds (1M, 5–10M, 20M, 50M)
or through a global operation if a partner wishes to engage immediately at a structuring level
Progression through thresholds represents the natural trajectory of the framework.
However, it does not exclude immediate activation at a higher level if contextual conditions or the engagement of a structuring partner justify it.
In both cases, the logic remains identical: consolidate, structure, deploy.
