BRIEF
BACKGROUND

For over twenty years, our work has developed primarily within a Swiss and European framework, with ongoing activity in the production, presentation, and sale of artworks, supported by long-term relationships with collectors and art market professionals.

Over the past ten years, we have operated a large-scale studio and showroom space in Préverenges, Switzerland, open exclusively to professionals.

Starting in 2023, we initiated a phase of expansion toward the United States, with an increased on-the-ground presence and initial exchanges with galleries, collectors, and investors.

Since spring 2024, our activity has evolved into a structured international dynamic, with regular travel to the United States, the Middle East, and Asia, and participation in Art Basel fairs, beginning with Art Basel Miami Beach in December 2024.

During this period, we have engaged in numerous meetings, discussions, and exchanges with art market professionals, including gallerists, art advisors, collectors, and potential partners, across a range of complementary contexts.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
AND STRUCTURING

In recent years, we have made significant investments from our own funds, covering production, infrastructure, and the international development of the project.

At the same time, a long-standing Swiss partner, both an industrialist and a collector, has contributed to the development of the framework by providing access to spaces over several years.

Some of these elements have already been documented through notarial certification. Additional documents can be made available upon request, within a professional and confidential framework.

PROPOSAL
FOR INVESTORS

This proposal is part of an international expansion phase of our framework, initiated in 2023 and structured since 2024 through active presence in the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.

It is based on a model combining artistic production, a mathematical logic of valuation, and long-term economic development, with immediate operational capability.

Within this framework, various forms of investment may be considered, including the acquisition of artworks for collection or investment purposes, as well as direct participation in the development of the framework.

This development may take the form of the creation of an internationally oriented commercial entity dedicated to encrypted paintings and CRYPTO CHALLENGE

The objective is a fundraising of approximately CHF 50M, structured in several successive phases, allowing for a gradual scaling of the framework.

We are seeking investors able to contribute, both strategically and operationally, to the international deployment of the framework.
